It
aims
to
connect
all
available
modes
of
public
transportation
such
as
intercity
buses
(KTEL),
taxis,
trains,
airlines,
and
ferry
companies,
promoting
new
mobility
solutions
through
an
easy-to-use
tool
that
can
be
adapted
to
any
urban
environment.
The
ultimate
goal
is
to
provide
immediate
service
to
the
public,
reduce
traffic
congestion
in
urban
areas, and minimize negative environmental impacts.
The
objective
of
the
IQ-TRAVEL
project
is
to
promote
an
effective
multimodal
mobility
solution
for
commuters
traveling
from
suburban
areas
to
city
centers,
connecting
all
modes
of
public
transportation
such
as
intercity
buses,
taxis,
trains,
airlines,
and
ferry
companies.
This
solution
is
expected
to
lead
to
a
drastic
reduction
in
both
traffic
congestion
and
the
negative
environmental
impacts
of
traffic
in
the
urban environment.
The
IQ-TRAVEL
solution
combines
and
optimizes
all
available
modes
of
transportation
while
promoting
the
use
of
new
modes
of
transport
through
an
easy-to-develop
and
use
tool
that
can
be
easily
adapted
and
used
in
any
urban
environment,
making
it
an
attractive
product for any city.
The
IQ-TRAVEL
project
will
address
urban
mobility
issues
with
a
systemic
approach,
specifically
working
on
implementing
new
mobility
solutions from suburban areas to the main urban core.
